All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to USA or UK.

Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@radproof.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If you have pre-ordered items, you will be notified when the order is getting ready to be shipped to you.

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. You can check out our
delivery options table, or create a cart to see quoted express shipping to your destination.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address and we will do our best to accomodate. Keep in mind that a re-routing fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
