What is EMF and why should I protect my baby from it?

EMF stands for electromagnetic field, which is the radiation emitted by electronic devices such as cell phones, Wi-Fi routers, baby monitors, and more.

in 2011, the World Health Organisation (W.H.O) classified EMF exposure as a possible human carcinogen in the same group (2B) as engine exhaust and welding fumes.

While research on EMF exposure is ongoing, many parents choose to minimize their baby's exposure as a precautionary measure.

How does this blanket block EMF radiation?

The blanket is made with a special EMF shielding fabric that incorporates a conductive material, in this case pure silver, which acts as a barrier to electromagnetic waves. Pure Silver is often is used in defence or aerospace applications due to its superior electromagnetic interference shielding capability. This helps reduce your baby’s exposure to everyday EMF sources.

Will the blanket block 100% of EMF radiation?

We can't 'technically' guarantee 100% protection. However, our products have been independently lab tested up to 3000GHz (thats alot) and have been found to block exposure to EMF 99.99%.

Is the EMF shielding material tested or certified?

Yes, the shielding fabric is independently laboratory-tested for its effectiveness in blocking EMF radiation. Testing data and certifications are all gladly available upon email request.

Why do the blankets have polyester?

Yes, the inner layer is a woven 50% pure silver thread and 50% polyester.

Why? The reason for this is simple. We want your blankets to last you a long time and the 3 layer design enables that without compromising on values. Our beanies we intentionally made 2 layer with 100% silver thread and the blankets are 3 layer so you have garments that last and no plastic touches your little ones skin. Ever.

Why do they cost more than regular baby blankets?

The shielding technology is made from pure silver (.999) which is a precious metal and holds a global value. We use this product because it is the most electronically conductive material known to man, and often is used in defence or aerospace applications due to its superior electromagnetic interference shielding capability.

Can I wash the EMF shielding blanket?

Yes, you can gently wash the blanket. We recommend hand washing or using a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemicals. Air dry only to maintain the integrity of the shielding material.

What are the blanket’s dimensions?

Our flagship baby blanket dimensions are 75cm x 75cm. The blanket comes in a baby-friendly size suitable for swaddling or light coverage.

Can this be used as a swaddle or nursing cover?

Yes, the blanket is designed to be versatile. It can be used as a swaddle, nursing cover, stroller cover, over the lap or even a tummy-time mat, all while offering EMF shielding protection.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are currently only available to our Australian market, and will be expanding to international very soon!

What’s your return policy?
